Athens Sports Hall creates a network of collaborating coaches who will uphold the values and ideals of the ASH founders.

The coaches who participate in our programs are selected based on the following criteria:

Mood TO HEAR ,

Enthusiasm TO PARTICIPATE and

Commitment TO OFFER to improve the athletes.

Excellent knowledge of the "basics" of basketball (theory - practice).

Knowledge transfer ability (practical application).

Guidance (athletes approach - handling situations).

Our coaching team can include fellow coaches, physical education teachers and basketball coaches who have the knowledge, enthusiasm and dedication to improve the athletes daily.

The following procedure is followed for the inclusion of coaches in the ASH coaching team:

• Send resume to interested person
• Interview with the project manager
• Trial period if necessary (2-4 weeks)

Positioning in proportion to knowledge, experience and competence (eg athletes' ages and related programs, subject matter, Personal Basketball Training, Force Elite Training, Camps, etc.)
