At this stage of basic education (10-12 years) learning the technique is determined by the intensity of the movements and the number of repetitions which at the same time includes a program of specific exercises for the development of physical strength. Equipment that we use to achieve the results are dumbbells, tires, medicine balls , agility scales, etc..
Then, from the age of 12, technical training aims to automate movements and skills characterized by a high degree of stability in changing conditions (opponent pressure, time pressure, scoring pressure).
At this stage physical abilities (endurance, muscular strength, strength, speed) are systematically developed either indirectly (type of exercise, duration, intensity) or through specialized training and specialized equipment.
At developmental ages it is important to maintain good joint flexibility that indirectly affects all fitness skills and is essential for learning and stabilizing the technique.
The annual training cycle is divided into two parts:
Duration of the program: 11 months (01 / 9-31 / 7)
Training duration: 60'-90 minutes
Frequency of workouts: 2-5 / week
Ergometric evaluation: 2-3 / year
